Excavator Electrical Parts Buying Guide: Controllers, Monitors, Sensors & Solenoid Valves
On most excavators, the parts that actually stop the machine are not the expensive hydraulic assemblies — they are the small electronic components that tell those assemblies what to do. A failed pressure sensor can derate a healthy engine; a dead solenoid can leave every function slow while the main pump is perfectly fine. Electrical parts also punish guessing harder than any other category, because a component that looks identical can carry a different part number between production runs. Corbay is the international export brand of Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou, China. Electrical items are quoted from our Guangzhou stock every day, and this guide is how we walk buyers through the category.
The Four Families of Excavator Electrical Parts
Controllers (ECU / CPU).The machine's brain. On Kobelco machines, for example, our stock list carries CPU controllers under YN22E00694F8 and ECU controllers under YN22E00193F5 and LC22E00336F8 / LC22E00323F8 — different generations and positions, not interchangeable.
Monitor gauges and display panels. The operator's window into the machine. References such as YN59S00021F3 and YN14E01102P4 monitor gauge assemblies look similar in photos but serve different machine generations.
Sensors.Pressure, temperature, speed and level inputs: high-pressure sensors under LC52S00012P1, low-pressure sensors under LC52S00019P1 / YW52S00002P1 / LC52S00011P1, water temperature sensors under VA32K9000200, air boost pressure sensors under VHS893901080.
Solenoid valves and switches. The hands of the electronics — pilot cut-off, travel speed, fan speed and limit switches, including solenoid valve assemblies under
LC35V00004F3. Our
electrical parts category lists the families we hold.
Why the Part Number Matters More on Electronics Than Anywhere Else
Mechanical parts often tolerate a near-match; electronics do not. Connectors, pin counts, firmware and calibration all change between generations, and a controller from one production run may not communicate with a harness from another. The number printed on the part's own label — confirmed against the machine serial number — is the authority. Our serial number guide explains how much build information a data plate carries, and the same principle applies to Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Doosan, Hyundai, Kato and Sumitomo machines: the model name alone is never enough for an electronics order.
Genuine, OEM or Aftermarket Electronics — How to Choose
Genuine. The safest channel for controllers and monitors, with the maker's traceability behind it. This is what we recommend for a machine that earns money every day.
OEM-quality.Components built on the same component platforms that supply the original makers — diesel-system electronics worldwide, for example, trace back to suppliers such as
Bosch Mobility, which is why engine-side sensors and injectors can often be quoted in several honest grades.
Aftermarket and used.Acceptable for some sensors and switches when the grade is stated openly. Used monitors and controllers carry intermittent-fault risk, so they must always be sold as used, never passed off as new.
Every electrical line quoted by Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. carries its grade in writing. If a cheaper option has a real failure history in the field, we say so — an electrical part returned twice costs both sides more than the price difference ever saved.
What We Need to Quote an Electrical Part
The part number from the label on the part itself — a clear photograph of the label and the connector is the single most useful item.
Machine model and serial number.Electronics changed across production runs; the serial settles which one your machine carries.
The symptom.Which fault codes appear, which functions are affected, and whether the fault is constant or intermittent. Some "dead sensor" calls are harness or supply problems, and we will say so before you buy.
Quantity and destination port.Sensors and solenoids are light and ideal for air express; controllers are packed in ESD-safe material for shipping.
Excavator Electrical Parts — FAQ
Do you supply electrical parts for brands other than Kobelco?Yes — controllers, monitors, sensors and solenoid valves are quoted across Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Doosan, Hyundai, Kato and other makes, identified from the part label and machine serial.
My machine shows a pressure fault. Is the sensor bad?Not always. A failing harness, a poor earth or a clogged port can produce the same code. We talk through the checks before quoting, because selling the wrong sensor helps nobody.
How do I request a quotation and how fast will I get a reply?Send the part label photo, machine model and serial, quantity and destination port through the contact page, and the quotation team at Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. normally replies within 24 hours with every available grade stated on the line.
Send the Label Photo Before You Order
Electrical parts are the easiest category to order wrong and the easiest to order right — the difference is one clear photograph. Send the label photo, the machine model and serial, and the team at Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. will confirm the correct reference and quote every grade available.
Corbay Excavator Parts is the international export brand of Shenyue Machinery (Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.), Guangzhou, China. Shenyue is an independent parts specialist and is not affiliated with, or an authorized dealer of, Kobelco Limited. Parts are supplied as genuine, OEM or clearly identified aftermarket items, and the grade is stated on every quotation.
