A quotation is a promise. The warehouse is where the promise is either kept or quietly broken. Anyone can send a photograph of a catalogue page; only a company with real shelves can send a photograph of your part, on the bench, before it is packed. This is what happens between an enquiry and a carton at Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.
Four Warehouses, One Logic
Our inventory is split across four warehouses totalling more than 1,000 mยฒ, organised by how parts are consumed on a machine rather than by supplier or alphabet. Engine internals live near engine externals; hydraulic assemblies sit with their seal kits; electrical items are stored dry and separately from anything that can leak. Over 100 brands are stocked, from filters and seals to complete engine assemblies and hydraulic pumps.
The logic behind it is simple: a repair is never just one part. An operator who needs an injector usually needs a fuel filter and a seal as well. Storing by system means the second and third item are a few metres away instead of a factory order away โ which is the entire practical difference between a supplier with depth and a supplier with a website.
Six Steps From Enquiry to Carton
Why Packing Is an Engineering Problem, Not a Chore
Most parts arrive damaged for one of three reasons: insufficient inner protection, heavy items packed in cartons that should have been cases, or moisture. All three are avoidable and we treat them as such.
The Authorized Lines in the Building
Some of what sits on our shelves comes through formal distribution agreements โ Garrett, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Marusan, Tongmyung and NIKURA โ and those supply chains are documented, with certificates available for verification. That matters in a market where a brand name on a box is not by itself a guarantee: an authorized line means the chain from factory to our shelf is known, with a named manufacturer standing behind the product.
For everything else โ Kobelco, HINO, Isuzu, Yanmar, Cummins and more โ we are an independent specialist, not an authorized dealer, and we say so. What we can state without qualification is where each item on a quotation comes from and what grade it is.
Nearly Twenty Years of Shelves
The business started in 2007 with a founder who had spent five years inside Kobelco as technician, warehouse manager and service manager โ and who never stopped thinking like a warehouse manager. Shenyue took its formal name in 2011, and Corbay became the dedicated international export brand in 2021, run by the same core team from the same building.
Nothing about the warehouse is clever. It is stocked, sorted, checked, photographed, boxed and sent. But a customer in Lima or Lagos experiences exactly that, and after nearly twenty years we are still convinced it is the most underrated part of the business.
Ask Us to Show You the Part
Send a part number and ask for a photograph of what is actually in stock. It is the fastest way to find out whether a supplier has shelves or a spreadsheet.
Corbay Excavator Parts is the international export brand of Shenyue Machinery (Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.), Guangzhou, China. Shenyue is an independent parts specialist and is not affiliated with, or an authorized dealer of, Kobelco Limited. Parts are supplied as genuine, OEM or clearly identified aftermarket items, and the grade is stated on every quotation.
